Our patented Tilt-Rack is a product employed in major automotive plants in 7 states, and is on display at the Johnson Controls Center of Excellence.  The Tilt-Rack is designed as a time and labor saving product used to speed production and transportation of products and materials throughout the workplace.  At the same time, the Tilt-Rack is an ergonomic tool which reduces the strain on workers from bending and lifting materials.

The Tilt-Rack is capable of holding the standard material crates found in most factories, and can be outfitted with fork loops for transporting materials.  The Tilt-Rack is also an easy to use system.  The operator tilts the rack down and the rack locks. When empty, the operator returns the rack to the horizontal position with a simple step onto a foot latch.
